Accra is set to host an exciting new cultural gathering, and everyone is welcome to be part of it. The Black Star Experience has partnered with award-winning Ghanaian DJ, DJ Lord OTB, to present a three-day celebration dubbed “For The Culture.”
The event will run from Friday, 6th March to Sunday, 8th March 2026 at the Kwame Nkrumah Museum in Accra, a symbolic venue chosen to honour Ghana’s first president, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, whose legacy is celebrated during that period.
“For The Culture” is all about bringing people together in a lively, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a space where families, friends, and music lovers can connect while enjoying the vibrancy of Ghanaian street and pop culture.

Here’s what to look forward to:
Music: Expect electrifying live performances from some of Ghana’s biggest acts alongside exciting emerging talents. In a proud celebration of homegrown sound, the entire soundtrack for the event will be purely Ghanaian.
Shopping: A curated pop-up market will give attendees the chance to discover and purchase unique pieces and merchandise from local creatives and vendors.
Action: Thrill seekers can enjoy high-energy BMX stunt displays, with riders performing jaw-dropping tricks.
Food: A wide variety of local dishes will be available, serving up the flavours that complete every great Ghanaian gathering.
The event is designed for all age groups. Gates open at 3:30 PM and close at 10:30 PM each day, making it the perfect after-work or weekend destination.
