Howie Hersh brings decades of experience in music production, with work connected to artists such as Bell Biv DeVoe, Tracy Chapman, Ja Rule, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Mariah Carey, Amaarae, and others. Together with Starkillers, the duo approach Paradise as a shared production effort, with Sync.so contributing additional co-production that helped shape the final sound of the record.
To explore the full creative range of the track, the release will feature two versions of Paradise. Both versions share the same musical core while offering slightly different sonic interpretations of the record.
The collaboration also reflects Starkillers’ continued connection to contemporary global music scenes. He recently produced and appeared on Amaarae’s BLACK STAR album, contributing to the track “Starkilla.” Through the two versions of Paradise, KVPEL, Starkillers, and Howie Hersh present a record shaped through partnership, where artists and producers from different musical backgrounds come together to build a single idea from multiple creative angles.
