As the Founder and CEO of Oscass 10 Enterprise, Cassius leads the company’s vision while overseeing its day-to-day operations. He develops marketing strategies for artists and brands, manages projects from concept to completion, and builds strategic relationships with clients, sponsors, and industry partners. His leadership is driven by a commitment to delivering campaigns and experiences that create lasting cultural and commercial impact.

Cassius currently serves as the Talent Manager for Ghanaian artist Reggie Osei, where he oversees the artist’s career development, business affairs, and long-term strategy. Working closely with Reggie, he leads the planning and execution of release campaigns, coordinates studio sessions and music video productions, manages performance schedules and travel logistics, and negotiates bookings, partnerships, and endorsement opportunities.

Beyond day-to-day management, he works closely with media platforms, DJs, promoters, and key industry stakeholders to expand the artist’s reach while identifying new growth opportunities. His role combines creative direction, project management, and business strategy, ensuring every move aligns with a clear vision for long-term success.
