The winners of this year’s MOBO Awards 2026 have officially been revealed, following a vibrant ceremony held at Manchester’s Co-op Live. The night brought together some of the most exciting names in Black music and culture, celebrating both rising stars and established icons.
Among the standout moments, Jim Legxacy emerged as Best Male Act, marking a major milestone in his growing career. Olivia Dean also had an unforgettable night, taking home Best Female Act, alongside Song of the Year for “Man I Need” and Album of the Year for “The Art of Loving.” It adds to an already impressive run for the singer, who picked up multiple wins at the BRIT Awards earlier this year.

Elsewhere, big names like Central Cee, Wizkid, and FLO were also recognised for their contributions. Industry legend Pharrell Williams was honoured with the MOBO Global Songwriter Award, while hip-hop pioneer Slick Rick received the Lifetime Achievement Award. This year’s ceremony carried extra significance, marking 30 years of the MOBO Awards and their role in spotlighting Black music’s influence in the UK and beyond.
That impact is clearer than ever, with recent reports highlighting that Black music now accounts for a major share of the UK music market.
