Ghanaian Alternative Pop/R&B artist Baves O has officially released his latest EP, Are You With Me, which arrived on June 9, 2026. The project is now streaming across major platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, YouTube, TikTok, Deezer, Tidal, and Instagram Audio.
Are You With Me is a deeply personal collection of songs that explores themes of love, heartbreak, healing, vulnerability, and self-awareness. Through honest songwriting, soothing melodies, and emotional storytelling, Baves O opens the door to his experiences, inviting listeners into a world shaped by reflection, growth, and human connection.
Hailing from Kumasi, a city often celebrated for its influence on rap, drill, and street music culture, Baves O presents a different perspective through this project. The EP highlights a softer and more introspective side of Kumasi’s creative landscape, offering a sound that is emotional, refined, and refreshingly authentic.
The project’s central message is captured in the campaign tagline: “Not all Kumasi stories are loud. Some sound like Baves O.” It reflects both the artist’s identity and his desire to broaden perceptions of the city’s evolving music scene. Volcano examines the uncertainty and mixed emotions that can exist within relationships, while September Rush, featuring M.anifest, revisits the lingering memories of a first heartbreak. Infranau / Infranayou explores the complexities of loving someone who struggles to accept affection because of emotional wounds, and Green Mile captures the difficulty of letting go when feelings remain.
Elsewhere, songs like 18, Beautiful, and Rolling Stone touch on themes of youthful romance, affection, personal growth, and life’s continuous journey. The project concludes with the title track, Are You With Me, bringing listeners back to the central question that ties the entire body of work together.
